  • on Senior Web Content Manager to lead the planning, production, and optimization of digital content across a complex web ecosystem.
This role partners cross-functionally with marketing, creative, UX, and internal stakeholders to manage the full content lifecycle and ensure best-in-class user experiences. This is a hybrid role, onsite 2 days per week in Washington, D.C. The onsite are flexible. This is a freelance to full-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead intake, prioritization, and execution of web projects using Adobe Workfront
  • Oversee end-to-end content production from kickoff through launch
  • Establish and maintain workflows, SLAs, and content governance standards
  • Conduct content audits and optimize site performance, usability, and accessibility
  • Provide content strategy guidance to stakeholders across the organization
  • Manage CMS updates (Sitecore/Optimizely preferred) and ensure brand consistency
  • Track budgets, manage vendor invoices, and support financial reporting
  • Support user inquiries related to web access, content, and permissions
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in web content management or digital governance
  • Strong experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred), Workfront, and analytics tools
  • Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
  • Prior exposure to financial services or membership-based organizations is a plus In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
