Job Description
MOTO - Seattle's award-winning "ODD Pizza" - is hiring a Social Media Content Creator to bring the brand to life across our social channels. You'll create photo and video content at our restaurants and events, run our content calendar, grow our community, and coordinate with creators, turning everyday brand moments into content people want to watch and share. This is a hands-on creator role: you make the content, not just coordinate it. Responsibilities Content
- Shoot and edit photo and short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Stories) at our restaurants and events.
- Manage the content calendar and publish across channels in the right format and timing for each platform.
- Track trends and platform shifts, and contribute ideas for campaigns and promotions. Community
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions in our brand voice.
- Source and amplify user-generated content; surface guest feedback and escalate issues when needed. Creators & campaigns
- Build relationships with creators and influencers, and coordinate visits, partnerships, and outreach.
- Support agency-led influencer, UGC, and paid social efforts; keep assets, timelines, and approvals organized.
- Track key social metrics and share learnings to inform future content. Qualifications
- 2+ years creating social content for a consumer brand, or an equivalent portfolio in place of years.
- Hands-on short-form video and photo skills.
- Strong working knowledge of social platforms, formats, and what makes content perform.
- A sharp written voice, with the ability to write on-brand captions quickly and consistently.
- Good community instincts and sound judgment on when to escalate.
- Strong organization and follow-through across multiple projects and deadlines.
- A portfolio of social content is required.
