Do you enjoy capturing real moments and turning them into engaging social media content? Formula 3 Fitness is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to help showcase our workouts, members, coaches, and the energy of our studios. This is a flexible contract position with only 3 weeks of work per month and approximately 1-2 hours of in-studio time each week. Choose the day and time that works best for your schedule! What You'll Do You'll visit one Formula 3 studio per week , rotating between our three locations: Week 1: East Aurora Week 2: Hamburg Week 3: Lancaster/Depew Week 4: Off During each 1-2 hour studio visit, you'll capture authentic workout moments and the overall Formula 3 experience. Weekly Content For each studio visit, you'll provide: 5 high-quality photos 2 edited short-form videos (30 seconds or less) Videos should be fully edited and ready to post with engaging clips, music/audio, text overlays, and transitions when appropriate. Editing can be completed remotely on your own schedule. We'll handle captions, scheduling, and publishing. What We're Looking For Experience creating content for Instagram / Facebook A creative eye for photography, video, lighting, and composition Ability to confidently edit engaging short-form videos Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with members Dependable, self-motivated, and able to meet weekly deadlines Comfortable capturing authentic content during workouts Compensation & Perks $300/month Only 3 weeks of content creation per month Approximately 1-2 hours in-studio per working week Flexible schedule — choose when you come in Remote editing
