What You'll Do Ideate, shoot, and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and new formats. Write social captions, hooks, and scripts in JUNOCO's brand voice. Turn products, launches, and campaigns into engaging social stories. Partner with brand and product teams on content ideas and storytelling. Stay ahead of social and beauty trends and adapt relevant formats for JUNOCO. Present creative ideas to the team and support small shoots and creative tests. Review content performance and use learnings to improve future creative. What You Bring Experience in creative, content, or social roles, either agency or brand side. Strong understanding of short-form storytelling and social-first content. Proficiency shooting with an iPhone and editing with Adobe, CapCut, or similar tools. A refined visual point of view and good instincts for composition, lighting, texture, and product presentation. Strong copy instincts with a modern, clear, and conversational style. A good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social trends. Curiosity for beauty, skincare, fashion, design, and culture. Portfolio required.
