Freelance / Part-Time / Flexible About the Role PolarisUGC is looking for confident and creative Content Creators / Influencers to create engaging YouTube videos around specific topics and briefs provided by our team. This is a remote role, so you can work from wherever you are. You'll be responsible for recording yourself on camera and delivering natural, engaging videos that connect with an audience. What You'll Do Create YouTube videos based on topics, scripts, or creative briefs provided by PolarisUGC. Speak naturally and confidently on camera. Record high-quality video content from your own setup. Follow video guidelines, talking points, and deadlines. Make content that feels authentic, engaging, and easy to watch. Be open to feedback and make revisions when needed. Upload and submit finished videos according to the provided instructions. What We're Looking For Comfortable being on camera — showing your face is required. Clear and confident communication skills. A good-quality camera capable of recording sharp video. A good-quality microphone with clear audio and minimal background noise. Good lighting and a clean, presentable filming environment. Reliable internet connection. Ability to follow instructions and deliver content on time. Previous YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, UGC, or content-creation experience is a plus, but not required.

Most importantly:
