SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR

Freelance / Part-Time | $500/Month | Austin, TX 360 Tans is looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Content Creator to independently plan, film, and edit engaging short-form content for our Instagram and TikTok. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the creative process. You will be responsible for developing content ideas, coming into our locations to capture the footage you need, and turning that footage into polished, ready-to-post content.

MONTHLY DELIVERABLES 4

Instagram Reels per month 2 TikToks per month 1 on-site content shoot per month Develop your own monthly content concepts and ideas Film all footage needed for the month's content Direct staff/clients when needed to capture content Edit all videos into polished, ready-to-post content Create hooks, text overlays, transitions and other creative elements Research and incorporate relevant trends and trending audio Write captions for each piece of content Deliver content according to an agreed monthly schedule 360 Tans will provide access to our locations, team, services and products, but the Content Creator is responsible for planning and capturing the footage needed to complete the monthly deliverables.

CREATIVE DIRECTION

Content should showcase different aspects of the 360 Tans brand throughout the month.

This may include:

Custom spray tanning Spray tan results and transformations Behind-the-scenes salon content Staff personality and technician content Client experiences Educational spray tanning tips Trending or entertaining content Retail and sunless products Boutique merchandise Red light therapy Infrared sauna and wellness services New products, services or promotions You will have creative freedom to determine what to film and how to turn these areas of the business into engaging social content.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and trending audio Strong filming and video-editing skills Creative and able to generate content ideas independently Comfortable directing staff or clients during filming Able to capture attractive, professional-looking footage using an iPhone or camera Understands hooks, pacing and short-form storytelling Dependable and able to meet deadlines Comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting for us to provide content or footage Able to maintain a consistent, elevated brand aesthetic Experience creating content for beauty, wellness, salons, spas, fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus.

COMPENSATION

$500 per month This is a freelance/contract position starting with a smaller monthly content package. There is an opportunity to increase both monthly content and compensation as the role grows.
