Social media management: 1 year (Required) Salary based on experience. At Melon, we believe compensation should reflect the value an employee brings to the organization. Starting pay is determined by a combination of relevant experience, digital marketing expertise, demonstrated skills, and overall fit for the role. We also consider internal equity across our team to help ensure fairness and long-term growth opportunities for both current and future Melons. While the full salary range reflects the earning potential of the role, most new hires will begin within the lower to middle portion of the range based on experience, leaving room for continued career and compensation growth.
