Social Media & Content Manager — LoCo Tri (Leesburg, VA)

Leesburg, VA — Mile 34, W&OD Trail (onsite visits required periodically) About LoCo Tri LoCo Tri is Loudoun County's multisport specialty retail store, serving swimmers, cyclists, runners, and triathletes across all four disciplines. We're rooted in the local endurance sports community — from group rides to swim meets to race weekends — and we're looking for someone who can help us tell that story online. The Role We need a local social media & content manager who can get onsite, capture real content, and turn it into a consistent, strategic posting schedule across our platforms. This isn't a purely remote gig — you'll need to swing by the shop and local events regularly to shoot photos and video, then edit and schedule that content around a clear strategy. What You'll Do Visit the store and local events (group rides, races, clinics, swim meets) to capture photos and video Turn raw footage into polished, on-brand posts — reels, carousels, stories, static posts Build and maintain a strategic content calendar and posting schedule across our social platforms Keep our voice consistent: authentic, community-focused, sport-forward, with a bit of a playful edge Track what's working and adjust the content mix based on engagement Coordinate with our marketing team/contractors on campaigns and promotions What We're Looking For Based in or near Loudoun County, VA, and able to be onsite periodically for content capture Real experience running social media accounts for a business — content creation, scheduling, and strategy, not just posting Strong photo/video skills (phone-shot content is fine, but you know how to frame, light, and edit it) Comfortable working independently and hitting a schedule without heavy oversight Experience creating content for

Instagram Reels and TikTok Bonus:
