Job Description
Part-Time Social Media & Content Manager About Ralston Family Farms Ralston Family Farms is a multi-generation family farm and CPG company rooted in faith, family, and stewardship. Through regenerative farming practices, we care for the land while growing nutritious food for families across the country. We're seeking a creative, hands-on Part-Time Social Media & Content Manager to strengthen our digital presence and bring our farm, products, and brand story to life. Responsibilities Manage organic social media across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar aligned with brand priorities, product launches, recipes, retail partnerships, and farm activities. Create, photograph, film, and edit compelling product, food, recipe, and farm content. Produce short-form video for Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other platforms. Write engaging, on-brand social copy. Support community engagement and identify opportunities for UGC, creators, and influencer partnerships. Monitor trends and platform best practices within food, agriculture, and natural CPG. Track performance and use insights to improve content and engagement. Collaborate with the Ralston family and team on marketing and brand initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field preferred. Experience in social media management and content creation. Strong photography, video, writing, and editing skills. Strong eye for food styling, composition, and visual storytelling. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. Organized, self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working independently. Experience in food, agriculture, CPG, or lifestyle brands is a plus. Position Details Part-time | Approximately 20 hours per week | In-house, Arkansas Some schedule flexibility may be needed for farm activities, events, and content opportunities.
