Social Media Manager & Content Creator Part-Time | Anaheim Hills, CA | In-Person + Remote Hands On Wellness Center is looking for a creative, motivated Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take ownership of our social media presence. We are looking for someone who doesn't need to be told what to post every week. We want someone who can learn our business, understand our services and brand, come up with creative ideas, and consistently turn those ideas into engaging content. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves creating Reels, short-form video, educational content, before-and-after style content, trends, and behind-the-scenes posts—and knows how to make a local business feel current and engaging on social media. What You'll Be Responsible For Develop and manage our ongoing social media content strategy Create a consistent monthly content plan/calendar Come into our Anaheim Hills office regularly to film content Generate your own ideas for Reels, videos, posts, stories, promotions, and educational content Direct staff during filming when needed—you should be comfortable telling us what you need to get the content Film and edit short-form video/Reels Write captions and create polished, on-brand posts Schedule and publish content consistently Maintain a posting schedule of approximately 3-4+ quality posts/Reels per week Create Stories and other timely content when appropriate Stay current on social media trends and adapt relevant trends to our business Highlight our providers, services, patient education, promotions, and the personality of our practice Monitor performance and adjust content based on what is getting engagement Take initiative rather than waiting for us to provide content ideas Who We're Looking For You may be a freelance social media manager, content creator, marketing professional, or someone building your own social media management business. We care more about creativity, initiative, reliability, and the quality of your work than a specific degree.

You should:

Have experience creating social media content for a business or brand Be comfortable filming and editing engaging short-form video Have a strong eye for clean, professional, modern content Understand Instagram and Facebook; TikTok experience is a plus Be organized and able to manage a consistent posting schedule Be comfortable working independently Be proactive and bring ideas to us Be available to come to our Anaheim Hills office for scheduled content/filming sessions Have your own smartphone/camera and basic content-creation equipment About Us Hands On Wellness Center is an established wellness practice in Anaheim Hills offering chiropractic care and a variety of health and wellness services. We have plenty of opportunities for interesting content—we need the right person to take ownership of creating it and getting it posted consistently.
