We're seeking a social media manager to help us expand our social media presence, take control of our social communications efforts, and create exciting content that aligns with our goals. This role is responsible for creating, scheduling, and posting content as well as driving engagement and outreach on every active platform. This role blends creativity, data analytics, content creation, and community management to elevate brand awareness and foster customer loyalty. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media and motorcycles, with a keen understanding of current trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy. Conceptualize, shoot, and edit content for all active social media platforms. Manage a library of digital assets. Monitor, engage, and respond to users in a social way that leads to increased growth. Utilize all available tools to maximize platform performance. Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies to meet business goals. Collaborate with other departments to optimize content creation potential. Collaborate with influencers on marketing efforts. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, technologies, and best practices. Provide regular KPI reports on each active platform and meet individual KPIs. Qualifications and Skills Must be passionate about motorcycles. Proven working experience in social media marketing or social media management. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills. Knowledge of social analytics tools, Meta Creator Studio, Bitly, and Hootsuite. Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilities. Fluent in English and well-versed in various social media platforms. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Skilled in photography and cinematography. Skilled in both photo and video editing software such as Photoshop, Canva, Davinci, or Premiere Pro. Minimum education level of high school or equivalent. Hours and Location This is a hybrid, independent contractor position that combines remote work with required in-office availability based on business needs, content production schedules, and team collaboration. Expected in-office days would be 1-2 days a week at our DeLand, Florida location, with other responsibilities being completed remotely. Compensation Hourly rate of $22
