About the Role We are looking for a creative and highly hands-on TikTok / Short-Form Content Creator to create original content for NAYAD. You will independently own the full content creation process — from concept and filming to editing and final delivery . We're looking for someone who naturally sees content opportunities in everyday moments, constantly brings fresh ideas, and knows how to turn products into engaging content that feels native to TikTok. You'll create a variety of lifestyle, UGC/selfie-style, POV, relatable, product-focused, trend-driven, and polished brand content , featuring NAYAD products, yourself, or others when appropriate.
The ideal candidate:
Has strong TikTok / short-form content creation experience Can independently concept, film, edit, and deliver finished videos Has strong creative instincts and can consistently generate fresh ideas Understands U.S. TikTok culture, trends, hooks, pacing, and storytelling Is comfortable filming products and appearing on camera when appropriate Can create both spontaneous, platform-native content and more polished brand content Can consistently deliver approximately 5 original, ready-to-post videos per week Has experience with lifestyle, consumer products, UGC, or e-commerce brands (preferred) We're not looking for someone who simply executes scripts. We want a creator who can take a NAYAD product or an everyday moment and independently turn it into content.

Base Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
