Day Shift Help for . Attend School events, lectures, programs, and other activities to capture high-quality photos and short-form video content. Develop engaging captions and social media posts that reflect the School's voice, mission, and brand. Publish or schedule approved content across designated social media platforms. Independently identify and pursue content opportunities, including student experiences, campus activities, behind-the-scenes moments, and other relevant topics. Develop original social media concepts, recurring content series, and short-form videos designed to increase audience engagement. Monitor social media trends and recommend appropriate ways for the School to participate. Track social media performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, and other relevant insights. Prepare brief reports identifying content trends, successful posts, and opportunities to improve engagement. Assist with maintaining a social media content calendar and planning coverage for upcoming events. Organize and maintain digital photo and video files. Ensure content follows University policies, accessibility standards, and applicable branding guidelines. Coordinate with the communications team to obtain necessary reviews and approvals before publishing content. Perform other communications-related duties as assigned.
