About Us Triple A Restaurants is a growing restaurant business dedicated to providing excellent customer service, high-quality dishes, and memorable dining experiences. We are looking for a creative, organized, and people-focused Community & Social Media Manager to help strengthen our online presence, build relationships with our guests, and bring our restaurant brands to life across social media.

Modern office setting Collaborative team environment Creative and fast-paced restaurant atmosphere Opportunities to work directly with restaurant teams, guests, and local community partners Position Overview We are looking for a tech-savvy and creative Community & Social Media Manager who can manage our social media accounts, create engaging content, respond to our online community, support promotional campaigns, and help grow brand awareness for our restaurants. The ideal candidate is someone who understands hospitality, enjoys interacting with people, has strong writing skills, and knows how to create content that feels authentic, engaging, and on-brand. This person should be comfortable taking photos and videos, writing captions, responding to customers, tracking performance, and helping promote events, specials, menu items, and restaurant experiences. Ultimately, this person will act as one of the main voices of our brand online and help create a stronger connection between our restaurants and our guests. Responsibilities Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, restaurant, hospitality company, or similar organization Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, reels, stories, short-form video, and current social media trends Ability to create, capture, and write engaging photo, video, and written content for social media Strong English writing skills are required, including proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, proofreading, and the ability to write clear captions, responses, and promotional copy Strong verbal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond professionally to guest feedback Proactive and self-motivated individual who can suggest new campaigns, content ideas, trends, and creative strategies to increase engagement Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and deadlines Basic understanding of social media analytics, online engagement metrics, digital marketing, and brand awareness strategies Ability to work independently while collaborating with restaurant managers and internal team members Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends, to provide social media coverage for events, promotions, and community activations Preferred Qualifications Proactive individual that has innovative ideas for our social media accounts Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Adobe Express, or similar tools Photography, videography, or basic editing experience Experience working local partnerships, events, or PR campaigns Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus Marketing degree, communications degree, or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, friendly, and highly organized. They understand that social media is not only about posting content, but also about creating community, responding to guests, protecting the brand's reputation, and helping more people discover our restaurants. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, visiting restaurant locations when needed, capturing content during service, and communicating with both guests and internal team members. Schedule This position may require occasional evenings, weekends, or event attendance depending on restaurant promotions, content needs, and community events. Weekend availability may be needed for social media coverage during special events, activations, holidays, and high-traffic promotional days.Job Type:
