We serve racers, performance enthusiasts, professional builders, and dealers throughout the automotive aftermarket industry. We are seeking a hands-on Content Producer to plan, film, edit, and organize video and media content for our marketing channels. This position is focused on producing clear, engaging content that helps customers understand our products, supports marketing campaigns, and strengthens our authority within the automotive performance industry. What You'll Do Film and edit product showcases, demonstrations, comparisons, and feature videos Produce installation clips, technical explanations, how-to videos, and educational content Create short-form videos for social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns Capture race events, customer interviews, shop activity, manufacturing processes, and behind-the-scenes content Repurpose footage into multiple formats for use across different marketing channels Coordinate with the marketing team on product launches, campaigns, events, and content priorities Prepare and maintain production equipment Organize, label, archive, and manage raw footage and completed projects Maintain a reusable library of product footage, B-roll, installation footage, and event media Complete assigned projects according to established schedules and deadlines Use content performance and team feedback to improve future production What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Has experience filming and editing professional video content Understands framing, lighting, audio, pacing, and visual storytelling Can make technical products clear and engaging Can produce both polished videos and efficient short-form content Is comfortable filming products, employees, customers, vehicles, and live events Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Maintains organized project files and media assets Accepts feedback and can revise content based on business and marketing needs Is dependable, self-directed, and able to work within a structured production environment Has an interest in or familiarity with racing, motorsports, automotive performance, or aftermarket automotive products Preferred Qualifications Professional, commercial, or in-house video-production experience Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or similar platforms Experience filming automotive, motorsports, manufacturing, technical, or product-based content Basic motion graphics, captioning, color correction, and audio-editing skills A portfolio or demo reel demonstrating previous filming and editing work Work Environment This is a full-time, on-site position in Waco, Texas. Work may take place in office, warehouse, manufacturing, automotive shop, and event environments. Some travel, outdoor filming, and occasional evening or weekend event coverage may be required.
