In addition to our market, we operate a full-service caf, bakery, and meat department, preparing fresh Ukrainian dishes, pastries, and specialty meats daily. We are now expanding - a new restaurant, Emish Restaurant, is opening under the Emish Market brand alongside several exciting projects in development. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape the digital identity of a growing Ukrainian hospitality group in the Pacific Northwest. We are currently seeking a creative and proactive SMM / Content Creator to lead our Instagram presence and help tell our story through engaging, high-quality content. What You'll Do Plan and manage Instagram content (Reels, Stories, feed posts) in collaboration with the Marketing Managers Shoot on-site content at our market, caf, and new restaurant locations Write scripts for short-form videos including product highlights, caf moments, and cultural storytelling Edit, publish, and schedule content consistently Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, saves, and follower growth Prepare monthly analytics reports with clear insights and recommendations Required Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation Ability to independently shoot and edit Reels (CapCut, Adobe, Figma, or similar tools) Strong scriptwriting skills with a warm, human, and trendy tone Understanding of food, lifestyle, and community-driven content Based in or able to travel regularly to Fife, WA for on-site content creation Strong organization, consistency, and attention to detail
