We're entering a pretty exciting growth period at 1848. We're expanding our wholesale and retail presence throughout Wisconsin, growing our roasting operation, and we need someone who can help tell that story. This isn't a "post a stock photo of coffee and write Happy Monday ☕" job. We're looking for someone who can spend time with us in New Berlin, shoot photos and short-form video, create Reels, write captions, and help keep our Facebook and Instagram active and consistent. More importantly, we want someone who can learn our voice — local, hardworking, sarcastic, occasionally ridiculous, and definitely not corporate. The initial opportunity is a 60-day paid trial at $1,000/month ($2,000 total). We're looking for roughly 3 quality posts per week, weekly short-form video, regular Stories, and a content session with us about every two weeks. Experience is great, but I'm not necessarily looking for the person with the biggest résumé. If you're newer to the industry, talented, hungry, and looking for an opportunity to build something you can point to and say "I helped grow that," I want to hear from you.
