The Opportunity We're looking for a creative, motivated video content creator to ride along with our CEO and turn real days in the life of a real estate investor into compelling, behind-the-scenes content. This is a chance to build a portfolio with a growing company, work alongside a hands-on operator, and have real creative ownership over how our brand shows up online. If you love storytelling, you have an eye for what makes people stop scrolling, and you want your work to actually be seen, this role is for you. What You'll Do Shadow the CEO multiple days each month, capturing footage on property visits, walkthroughs, meetings, job sites, and day to day operations. Edit raw footage into vlog style, behind the scenes content tailored for social platforms. Produce a consistent monthly volume of content across short form and long form formats. Manage and post content on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, including writing captions, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience. Bring fresh ideas to the table on series, hooks, and content angles that fit our brand. Requirements Applicants must own and provide their own equipment, including: A professional video camera A microphone Editing equipment and software Applicants must also provide samples of their previous work. Examples of vlog style, behind the scenes, or social first content are especially helpful. What We're Looking For A strong eye for visual storytelling and a portfolio that shows it. Solid editing skills (whatever software you prefer, as long as the output is sharp). Familiarity with what works on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, including current trends, formats, and best practices. Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working independently between shoot days. Based in or near Morgantown, West Virginia, or willing to travel here regularly. This role requires being on site with the CEO. Bonus if you have experience creating content in real estate, business, or lifestyle niches. What We Offer Real creative ownership over a growing brand.
