MARKETING & ECOMMERCE LEAD

Carter's Jewel Chest | Mountain Home, Arkansas $20-$25 per hour | Full-Time | Hourly | On-Site Carter's Jewel Chest is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing & Ecommerce Lead to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing and ecommerce efforts. This is a full-time, hands-on, in-store position. You will work closely with leadership to turn promotions, events, and company priorities into engaging marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital advertising, print, our website, and ecommerce. You will also help coordinate our in-house marketing and web team and work with outside advertising partners and vendors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and execute marketing campaigns for store promotions, events, and company initiatives. Establish creative direction and design digital and print marketing materials. Photograph and create video content featuring jewelry, products, employees, events, and the store. Plan, create, and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Manage Shopify ecommerce merchandising, product presentation, collections, and promotional updates. Create website content and landing pages and coordinate website projects with our web developer. Coordinate with outside advertising partners on Google Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, VibeTV, and other campaigns. Create customer email campaigns and promotional text-message templates. Maintain marketing, content, design, and advertising calendars. Help coordinate the work of our in-house marketer and web developer. Work with outside vendors, photographers, printers, developers, and advertising partners. Maintain consistent Carter's Jewel Chest branding across all customer touchpoints.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in marketing, graphic design, ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field. Strong graphic design skills and a professional portfolio. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable design software. Experience with photography and short-form video. Experience with Shopify or another ecommerce platform. Experience managing social media content. Strong writing, communication, organizational, and project-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership. Willingness to be hands-on and personally create, design, photograph, edit, write, organize, and execute. Jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle-brand experience is a plus, but not required.

You should be comfortable managing deadlines, coordinating people and vendors, solving problems, and getting things done. You don't have to know everything on day one. We are looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, confident, creative, and willing to take ownership.
