We are seeking a highly detail-oriented E-Commerce Data Specialist who is advanced in Microsoft Excel and enjoys working with data. This role will spend a large portion of the day managing spreadsheets, updating product and pricing information, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate information across internal systems and company websites. Job Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and analyze large Excel spreadsheets Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, and advanced formulas Clean, organize, validate, and manipulate large datasets Update product pricing, part numbers, and product information Import and maintain product data within Magento and other systems Compare source data against website information to identify discrepancies Create reports, charts, dashboards, and Excel templates Assist with automation using Power Query and/or basic VBA/Macros Troubleshoot data issues and work with internal teams to ensure accuracy

Required Qualifications:

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required 1-3 years of experience working with Excel, data analysis, pricing, product data, e-commerce, or similar work Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable building spreadsheets and formulas from scratch Experience with Power Query, VBA/Macros, or Magento is a plus Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday working with spreadsheets and data

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 7 am-3:30 pm

Pay:
