Phoenix, AZ | In-Person About ePoolSupply ePoolSupply is a growing pool equipment and supply company serving customers through our online marketplaces, retail locations, and distribution operations. As our e-commerce business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Specialist to help manage, maintain, and expand our presence across multiple online sales channels. Position Overview The Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management and growth of ePoolSupply's online marketplace accounts, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and other current or future e-commerce platforms. This position will focus on maintaining accurate product listings, optimizing marketplace performance, monitoring pricing and inventory, resolving account issues, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple online platforms, and able to balance detailed operational work with a focus on sales and account growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and additional marketplaces Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, categories, and other listing content Ensure product information, pricing, inventory, and availability remain accurate across all sales channels Monitor marketplace accounts for listing errors, suppressed listings, account notifications, policy issues, and other concerns Troubleshoot and resolve marketplace and product listing issues Monitor competitive pricing and assist with pricing strategies Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion, and overall marketplace sales Support account growth through listing optimization and marketplace management Assist with new product launches and the expansion of products onto additional marketplaces Monitor marketplace performance and key metrics Respond to marketplace-related customer issues and communications as needed Process and manage marketplace claims, disputes, and chargebacks Stay informed about marketplace requirements, policies, and platform changes Assist with onboarding and developing new marketplace channels as the company continues to grow Complete additional e-commerce and marketplace projects as assigned Qualifications Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms preferred Experience managing online product listings is strongly preferred Strong computer and technology skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written communication skills Ability to troubleshoot problems and research solutions independently Comfortable working with spreadsheets, product data, pricing, and reporting Ability to manage multiple platforms, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously Strong organizational and time-management skills E-commerce, retail, marketplace, or online sales experience preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other departments What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who doesn't just maintain marketplace accounts but actively looks for ways to improve them.
