This role begins part-time with strong potential to grow into full-time employment for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, tech-comfortable, and interested in gaining experience in the rare coin and precious metals industry. You don't have to be an expert with coins to apply - on the job training/mentoring will be provided. Primary Responsibilities (Core Role) eBay Account Management (Primary Focus) Photograph coins, bullion, and collectibles clearly and accurately Create and manage professional listings using eBay Seller Hub Write accurate titles and descriptions Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries Monitor active listings and maintain strong seller performance metrics Order Fulfillment & Shipping Carefully package and ship sold items in a timely manner Generate shipping labels and upload tracking through eBay Seller Hub Track shipments and assist with delivery issues as needed Ensure secure, professional handling of all items Inventory & Organization Maintain organized records of listed and sold inventory Assist with basic inventory tracking Monitor packaging and shipping supply levels Keep workspace clean, efficient, and organized Administrative Support Maintain organized spreadsheets and operational records Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented and highly organized Dependable and consistent Comfortable working independently Strong written communication skills Tech-comfortable and able to learn new platforms quickly Professional and trustworthy when handling valuable inventory Interest in coins, bullion, or collectibles is a plus (not required) Prior experience with eBay, shipping, or e-commerce is helpful but not required Position Details Competitive hourly pay based on experience Part-time schedule to start (primarily weekday hours) Typical hours between 9am-5pm Opportunity to grow into a full-time role In-person position in North Scottsdale Professional, secure, and calm work environment Growth Opportunities Assist with additional online marketplaces Support preparation for live online sales Assist with social media inventory posts Opportunity to expand responsibilities as experience develops How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction describing your interest in the position and any relevant experience.
