$75•$80 per hour (W2) We are seeking a "Sr. Specialist Marketing/ Associate Product Manager" to join one of our leading healthcare clients.. As an Associate Product Manager, Websites, you'll support content owners through creative development, Veeva submissions, UAT, and related tasks. This role blends project management, creative, analytical, and technical skills as you partner with internal teams and agencies to shape briefs, review layouts, and guide execution. You'll also collaborate with marketing operations, regulatory teams, and AEM content authors to build and QA web pages that deliver the customer experience you envision. What You'll Work On Web marketing: ideating, designing and developing online customer experiences in partnership with media teams, creative and development agencies. Medical, Legal and Regulatory review (MLR): Responsible for preparing assets for review by clinical, regulatory and reimbursement teams using the Veeva approval system. Coordinate asset approvals privacy, legal and OEC teams as needed.
QA and UAT:
Responsible for creative and functional approval of web pages pre•and post-launch.
Project management and documentation:
Write intake briefs, co-manage timelines with agencies, and document project progress in Adobe Workfront.
Co-creation of web page designs:
Partner with creative agency on content, provide feedback on messaging, design and brand guidelines. Collaborate with marketing and operations partners on cross-channel campaigns, integrating customer experiences with paid media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. Key Success Factors Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust tactics as deadlines and business priorities shift.
End-to-end asset management:
Manage a high volume of digital assets, tracking each through multiple review and approval stages and ensuring on‑time delivery according to publishing schedules.
Customer focus:
Use customer segments, market research and UX study data to identify appropriate messages addressing barriers to product adoption.
Brand management:
Ability to guide creative agencies on execution of visual assets and messaging following established brand guidelines and website templates. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years e-commerce or web marketing experience. Experience writing creative briefs, documenting customer journeys, and identifying target audience segments for marketing campaigns. Experience working with creative agencies or in-house design teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with web platforms built on Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise-level CMS. Experience with Adobe Workfront, Asana or other project management tools. Product management or marketing experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech or similar regulated industry.
