Schedule:
Monday-Friday About Us 24seven Comfort is an established women's apparel company specializing in comfortable, versatile fashion for today's woman. Our products are sold through our own Shopify website as well as major national retailers and online marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to join our in-house team and take ownership of our website, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and online growth. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands both e-commerce and digital marketing and can execute strategies directly rather than simply coordinate with outside agencies. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize our Shopify website, including merchandising, promotions, collections, product pages, landing pages, and overall customer experience Develop and execute digital marketing strategies designed to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and sales Manage and optimize Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising Manage and optimize Google Ads and Google Shopping Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, promotional campaigns, and customer retention Develop strategies to grow our customer email/SMS database Monitor website conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, ROAS, average order value, and other important e-commerce KPIs Use Shopify and Google Analytics data to identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability Plan promotional calendars, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special offers Work with creative assets including product photography, graphics, video, and advertising content Coordinate influencer, social media, affiliate, and other customer acquisition opportunities when appropriate Improve SEO, product content, and organic search visibility Monitor competitors and identify new marketing opportunities and industry trends Prepare regular reports showing marketing spend, sales performance, ROAS, customer acquisition costs, and recommendations Use AI tools where appropriate to improve marketing analysis, content creation, campaign development, SEO, research, and productivity Work directly with company ownership/management to develop and execute growth strategies Initially coordinate with our existing outside marketing agency and gradually bring additional marketing responsibilities in-house Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce Strong hands-on experience with Shopify Experience personally managing Meta Ads Experience personally managing Google Ads and Google Shopping Experience with email/SMS marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar Working knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 Strong understanding of e-commerce conversion optimization Experience analyzing ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, AOV, and other performance metrics Familiarity with modern AI marketing and productivity tools Strong written communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions rather than waiting for direction Experience with a fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer e-commerce brand is strongly preferred. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on . We are not looking for someone who only posts on social media or coordinates marketing projects. We want someone who understands how the different parts of an e-commerce business work together — Shopify, paid advertising, email/SMS, creative, merchandising, analytics, conversion optimization, customer retention, and emerging AI tools. You should be comfortable reviewing performance numbers, identifying what is and is not working, and personally implementing improvements. Our goal is to build stronger marketing capabilities internally, so this position has the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the company grows. Compensation $25.00-$30.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. Approximately 30 hours per week . Applicant Screening Questions Please answer all 10 questions when applying. Applications without completed answers may not be considered. 1. Shopify Experience How many years of hands-on Shopify experience do you have?
