This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed administrative work, product presentation, website coordination, and creative digital content support. The E-commerce Administrative Assistant will help keep online product information accurate, visually consistent, and up to date across the company website and digital channels. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in e-commerce, consumer products, apparel, digital merchandising, and marketing operations while collaborating with marketing and creative team members in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Enter product data, complete item setup worksheets, and ensure product information is accurate and ready for upload. Coordinate product listings, updates, promotions, pricing, and visibility on the company website. Use AI tools and digital media resources to generate, enhance, or prepare product imagery for online use. Manage and feature product content across website and digital media channels while maintaining brand consistency. Perform quality control checks to ensure product displays are accurate, functional, and visually aligned. Review performance metrics and support improvements to product placement and online presentation.

Compensation and Benefits Pay range:

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
