Job:
The Digital Project Specialist will drive the execution of brand vision and strategy across all channels, owning high-priority projects and helping evolve how the ecommerce and digital teams work. A day in the life, what you'll be doing: Owns end-to-end project management for high-priority initiatives (e.g., brand launches, major promotions), from planning through post-launch review Collaborates with cross-functional partners (marketing, merchandising, ecommerce, creative, and planning) to align on scope, gather feedback, and manage execution against deadlines Coordinates feedback from multiple parties, manages team workloads, and makes trade-off calls on scope, timeline, or resourcing when priorities conflict Oversees asset requests for marketing creative from initiation through execution, ensuring resourcing and timelines support high-priority launches Owns quality control for email and site assets, ensuring brand and functional standards are met before launch Identifies gaps and bottlenecks in current workflows and leads process improvements, including documentation (SOPs, playbooks) so processes scale beyond any one person Owns and optimizes project management tools and systems (e.g., intake processes, templates, reporting dashboards) to improve team efficiency Evaluates and evolves team standards based on competitive landscape, performance data, and best-in-class retailers May mentor or guide Digital Project Coordinators and leads cross-functional status meetings, driving alignment among stakeholders What it takes to

Salary Range :
($72,928 - $80,962)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting. Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions. Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building. Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
