We are on a mission to make premium tile and home products more accessible than ever — delivering a seamless, modern shopping experience for both retail customers and trade professionals including contractors, interior designers, and architects. Powered by a drop-ship fulfillment model and a large, curated SKU catalog, Tilemart.com is positioned for rapid scale. We are building the team that will take us there — and we are looking for an ecommerce leader who is ready to grow with us. Job Summary As Ecommerce Manager, you will own and drive the day-to-day performance and long-term strategy of Tilemart.com. You will work closely with the executive team and cross-functional partners to optimize the customer experience, grow revenue across both retail and trade segments, and ensure our Shopify storefront and operations run at peak efficiency. This is a high-impact, highly visible role with direct influence on the company's path to profitability. You will be empowered to make decisions, test ideas, and build out programs that define the Tile Mart brand. Duties Own and manage the Tilemart.com Shopify storefront — including product listings, site merchandising, UX optimization, and catalog integrity Drive ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and revenue growth Develop and manage the Trade Program, serving contractors, designers, and architects with tailored pricing, tools, and account support Collaborate with operations and logistics partners to ensure smooth drop-ship fulfillment, LTL freight coordination, and customer satisfaction Partner with finance and leadership on pricing strategy, promotional calendars, and margin management Manage product catalog processes including new SKU onboarding, content accuracy, imagery, and SEO optimization Lead reporting and analytics efforts — building dashboards, interpreting performance data, and presenting insights to leadership Oversee customer experience from browsing through post-purchase, including returns and escalations Identify and evaluate new tools, platforms, and partnerships to enhance capabilities and efficiency Coordinate with development and technology resources on platform improvements and integrations (Shopify, NetSuite ERP, and related systems) Preference for Candidates with Marketing Management & Strategy Expertise We are particularly excited about candidates who bring strong marketing management capabilities alongside their ecommerce expertise. If you have experience owning a brand's marketing strategy end-to-end — including paid media, SEO/SEM, email/SMS campaigns, influencer partnerships, and performance analytics — you will have a distinct advantage and expanded leadership opportunity at Tilemart.
This includes:
Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Managing agency relationships, freelancers, and marketing budgets Building brand awareness and customer acquisition strategies targeting retail and trade audiences (contractors, designers, architects) Analyzing marketing performance data and translating insights into actionable growth strategies Positioning Tilemart as a premium ecommerce destination through compelling content and storytelling Candidates with this profile may be considered for a hybrid Ecommerce & Marketing Manager title with commensurate compensation. Required 3-6+ years of experience in ecommerce management, ideally in a product-heavy or home goods vertical Hands-on experience with Shopify as a primary platform (admin, apps, theme management) Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data to drive decisions Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with drop-ship or multi-vendor fulfillment models Preferred Experience with ERP integrations, specifically NetSuite Background in tile, flooring, home improvement, or building materials Familiarity with LTL freight logistics and freight brokering platforms Track record serving B2B trade or wholesale customer segments Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Klaviyo, or equivalent marketing/analytics tools What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus tied to revenue and profitability milestones Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Hybrid work flexibility after onboarding period A seat at the table in a lean, growth-stage company where your contributions are directly visible How to
