- Business planning, product mix and pricing strategy
- Shopify storefront, conversion and customer experience
- Marketing, paid acquisition, social media, SEO and retention
- Inventory planning, sell-through and product performance
- Sales growth, margin discipline and operating profitability
- Monthly review of revenue, costs, cash flow and project profit
WHAT WINSUN PROVIDES
- Existing company infrastructure, office/warehouse platform and operational support
- Established China-side sourcing, manufacturing and product-development capabilities
- Brand, supplier network, logistics experience and company resources
- Year 1: existing rent, utilities and general corporate overhead are not allocated to the Shopify project
- First 2 years: existing CEO/management salary is not allocated to the Shopify project
HOW THE PROFIT SHARE WORKS
- 20% of Project Distributable Profit
- Profit is calculated after allowable direct project costs and prior unrecovered project losses
- Profit sharing is tied to actual operating performance - not simply sales volume
- A portion is settled quarterly, with the balance reconciled at year-end
