With 127 years of history, KGC has earned the No.1 market share in the global ginseng supplement market. Our vertically integrated company specializes in cultivating, harvesting, and preparing premium-quality red ginseng, which undergoes 293 quality and safety tests. Our mission is to make people's lives better every day by providing the best, traditionally harvested, produced, and most carefully selected Korean Red Ginseng products to support health and well-being. We give our all for our customers so they can face any challenge in life. Role Summary KGC US is running its Amazon & Tiktok shop business in an agency-operated model: KGC US retains the Amazon seller account, inventory ownership, and Seller of Record status, while a third-party operations agency executes day-to-day sales operations, advertising, and logistics under contract. We're hiring a business manager to lead these two businesses and serve as the agency's internal counterpart going forward—setting priorities, holding the agency accountable to its contracted scope, and directly managing anything outside it. The agency's final scope of work is still being finalized and may end up narrower than currently discussed, so this role is being built as a working manager, not a pure oversight seat: the person we hire should be equally comfortable directing an agency and rolling up their sleeves on the same tasks if the contracted scope shrinks. Key Responsibilities Agency Relationship Management Serve as the primary day-to-day counterpart for KGC US's Amazon & Tiktokshop operations agency Set priorities and review the agency's work across sales operations, inventory monitoring, FBA or FBT logistics execution, Sponsored Products/Brands and DSP advertising, promotions, and customer service Hold the agency accountable to its contracted scope and service levels; review monthly performance recaps and flag gaps Escalate and help resolve issues beyond the agency's authority (account health, policy violations, brand registry, etc.) Financial Oversight & Reconciliation Review and approve the agency's monthly invoices — service fees (percentage of target monthly revenue), FBA/FBT logistics unit costs, and pass-through ad spend Reconcile Amazon/Tiktokshop settlement reports (referral fees, FBA fulfillment/storage/aged-inventory fees, coupon and deal fees) against expected deductions Own the definition and monthly calculation of "target revenue" from Seller Central reporting (Payments > Report Repository > Transaction reports) Manage the monthly billing cycle and ensure timely payment against agreed terms Inventory & FBA/FBT Logistics Approve FBA inbound shipments and own inventory-level decisions; KGC US retains inventory ownership under the new structure Coordinate outbound flow to FBA/FBT under whichever fulfillment model is adopted (KGC US/3PL shipping directly to FBA/FBT, or supplying the agency to ship) Monitor inventory health and sell-through, with particular attention to peak-season (BFCM) readiness Manage one-time transition mechanics, such as inventory buy-back and reconciliation during the changeover from the prior structure Strategy & Cross-Functional Alignment Set sales, advertising, and promotional targets for the Amazon/TikTok shop channel and brief the agency against them Align plans with brand, marketing, and e-commerce priorities across other sales channels Partner with the brand/product team on new listings, launches, and content updates Report on Amazon channel performance and agency management in internal business reviews Direct Execution (as needed) Directly manage any function ultimately excluded from the agency's contracted scope — for example, PPC/DSP campaign management, promotions and deal scheduling, or customer service and returns handling Act as backup owner for in-scope functions during onboarding, transition, or agency underperformance Qualifications 3-5+ years managing Amazon /Tiktok shop Seller Central operations (1P and/or 3P); CPG, health & wellness, or beauty category experience preferred Experience managing external agencies or vendors — SLAs, invoicing, and performance accountability Hands-on experience with the platforms' Advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands, DSP) and working knowledge of FBA/FBT inventory and logistics Comfortable with financial reconciliation: invoice review, settlement report analysis, and expense tracking Strong Excel and analytical skills; fluent in Seller Central reporting tools Clear, direct communicator, comfortable setting expectations with and holding accountable an external partner Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience No issue about travel Able to drive a car with a license Legally able to work in the US.
