We are looking for an Inventory Planning & Marketplace Replenishment Analyst to help us improve demand forecasting, reorder planning, and inventory flow across our supply chain. Role Overview This role is responsible for analyzing sales and inventory data, recommending reorder quantities for products sourced from China, and planning inventory replenishment into Amazon FBA, Walmart Fulfillment Services, and other sales channels. The ideal candidate has a strong undergraduate background in supply chain, operations, logistics, industrial engineering, analytics, or a related field. This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in eCommerce supply chain planning. Responsibilities Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, lead times, and sell-through rates to support demand forecasting Recommend reorder quantities and timing for products sourced from China Coordinate with our overseas team on reorder needs, production timing, and inventory availability Monitor inventory levels across our warehouse, Amazon FBA, Walmart Fulfillment Services, and other sales channels Identify stockout risks, overstock risks, and replenishment needs Plan and track inbound shipments into Amazon FBA, WFS, and other fulfillment channels Maintain inventory planning reports, reorder trackers, and replenishment schedules Communicate inventory risks and planning recommendations to management Support process improvements related to forecasting, reorder planning, and marketplace replenishment Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong academic background from a reputable undergraduate program preferred 3-5 years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, supply chain, logistics, eCommerce operations, or marketplace operations preferred Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and working with large reports Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to think logically about sales velocity, lead times, reorder timing, and inventory availability Strong communication and follow-up skills Experience with Amazon FBA, Walmart Fulfillment Services, Amazon Seller Central, or Walmart Marketplace is a plus Experience working with overseas suppliers, factories, or sourcing teams is a plus Bilingual in Chinese is a plus Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off
