We're a fast-growing e-commerce company running near-daily Whatnot live shows across electronics, home decor, gadgets, and lifestyle goods. As we scale, our founder needs a reliable right hand — someone to help run the day-to-day so the whole operation moves faster. This is a hands-on, do-a-bit-of-everything role. You won't be siloed into one task; you'll work closely alongside the founder, learn the business from the inside, and take real ownership of the things that keep our shows and shipments running. What You'll Do Work side-by-side with the founder to keep daily operations running smoothly Support live Whatnot shows — moderate the chat, answer buyer questions, and help the host in real time Enter and manage product inventory (SKUs, pricing, stock levels) Coordinate with the fulfillment team to make sure orders ship correctly and on time Handle customer questions and post-sale follow-up Use AI tools to help review post-show sales data and spot what's working Document how we do things as we build — you'll help create the playbook we grow from Who You Are A fast learner who picks up new tasks and tools quickly Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to work faster and smarter — this is a big plus for us, and we lean on AI to run lean Organized and reliable — when you're given something, it gets done, and done right Comfortable asking questions when something's unclear rather than guessing Personable and quick on your feet — you can handle a live chat and switch to a spreadsheet without missing a beat Comfortable with basic spreadsheets Calm and adaptable — live commerce moves fast and priorities shift mid-day Available for a near-daily, on-site schedule in City of Industry, CA (this is not a remote role) Experience in e-commerce, live selling, retail, admin, or fulfillment is a plus — but attitude, reliability, and resourcefulness matter more to us than a specific background Compensation & Schedule $20-28/hour, depending on experience — W-2 employee position (hourly), not contract Near-daily, full-time, on-site schedule Real growth potential: as we expand, this role can grow into an operations coordinator or lead position with a team underneath it How to Apply Tell us: (1) a short intro about yourself and why a fast-paced, wear-many-hats role appeals to you, (2) an example of a time you learned something new quickly or juggled several things at once, and (3) how you currently use AI tools in your work or daily life, if at all.
