We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Senior E-commerce Specialist to manage and scale our online retail presence. While this role requires broad experience across multiple e-commerce platforms (including Target, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop), your primary focus will be driving growth through Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) and Wayfair (Castlegate) .
Key Responsibilities Primary Platform Management:
Spearhead day-to-day operations, sales strategies, and account health specifically for Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) and Wayfair (Castlegate) .
Omnichannel Execution:
Oversee and scale our presence across secondary platforms, including Amazon 3P (Seller Central / FBA), Target, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
Listing Optimization:
Enhance product listings, build out A+ content, improve SEO, and maximize conversion rates across all active channels.
Support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and logistics coordination (with a strong emphasis on Castlegate and Amazon fulfillment standards).
Performance Tracking:
Monitor key performance metrics, analyze sales data, and identify actionable opportunities for revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. e-commerce operations.
Platform Expertise:
Proven, in-depth experience managing Amazon 1P (Supplier) and Wayfair (Castlegate) is required.
Broad Marketplace Knowledge:
Demonstrated experience operating on additional platforms (Target, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Amazon 3P) is highly expected.
Language Skills:
Bilingual in Chinese and English (Required) .
Working Style:
Detail-oriented with a proactive, execution-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Industry Knowledge:
