Full Job Description E-Commerce Lead Job Type:

Full-Time We are looking for an E-Commerce Lead to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience, strong computer skills, and an interest in e-commerce and online sales . The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment. You will play an important role in managing online listings, inventory, orders, and multiple e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities Lead and support daily e-commerce operations and team activities. Manage, procure, and evaluate products/assets related to the e-commerce business. Process e-commerce orders and prepare them for shipment. Create, update, and maintain product listings and descriptions. Upload product images, features, specifications, manuals, pricing, and inventory information. Monitor inventory levels and update product availability, pre-sale, and backorder status. Communicate with Customer Service regarding product availability, inventory updates, and product changes. Monitor order processing and assist with resolving operational issues. Help troubleshoot order or inventory-related issues and communicate challenges to management. Maintain accurate product and inventory information across multiple platforms. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred. Experience with e-commerce, online selling, or digital inventory management . Knowledge or experience with eBay and other online selling platforms . Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and platforms quickly. Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook . Warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Team player with a positive and professional attitude. Photoshop experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish - able to read, write, and speak both languages.
