5 days a week. Flexible hours between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

On-site Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for the expansion, communication, cooperation promotion and daily maintenance of TikTok influencers in the Spanish-speaking region. Responsible for influencer community operation and one-on-one management, as well as following up on samples, content publishing and cooperation effects. Communicate the content direction, selling points and cooperation requirements to influencers based on product and business demands. Follow the content trends of TikTok e-commerce and continuously optimize the influencer operation approach.

Job Requirements :

Spanish can be used as a working language. Familiar with TikTok content and e-commerce ecosystem, with strong learning ability and communication skills. Strong execution capability, able to simultaneously advance collaborations with multiple influencers. Prior experience in influencer operation, community operation or overseas e-commerce is preferred. Prior experience in graphic design, short video shooting and editing, or
