TikTok E‑commerce Creator Operations (Spanish‑speaking)

Working Hours :

5 days a week. Flexible hours between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Location :

On-site Job Responsibilities :

Be responsible for creator outreach, communication, partnership execution and daily relationship maintenance for Spanish‑speaking regions on TikTok. Manage creator communities and one‑on‑one creator relationships; follow up on sample delivery, content publication and partnership performance. Communicate content directions, product selling points and collaboration requirements to creators based on merchandise and business needs. Keep track of TikTok e‑commerce content trends and continuously optimize creator operation strategies.

Job Requirements :

Spanish can be used as a working language. Familiar with TikTok content and e‑commerce ecosystem; strong learning and communication skills. Solid execution ability, capable of managing multiple creator partnerships simultaneously. Prior experience in creator operations, community operations or cross‑border e‑commerce is preferred. Hands‑on experience in graphic design, short‑video shooting & editing, or OBS live streaming is a plus.

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
