What to Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and organized North America Digital Shop Manager to join our Global Vehicle Accessories & Merchandise team. This candidate will lead a variety of cross-functional projects related to our e-commerce business while supporting global expansion. This role will continuously enhance the overall e-commerce experience by implementing and refining strategies that bring our existing products to life and by leading the launches of new products. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who demonstrates resourcefulness in driving programs and projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment, solves problems with relentless curiosity, and successfully manages multiple product launches and priorities simultaneously. What You'll Do As the North America Digital Shop Manager, you will own and lead assigned projects related to Tesla Shop on the app and website (both online and offline), taking decisive action and providing clear directions to ensure successful and timely project completion Partner with Digital Product Management to conceptualize, test, and launch new site features that improve customer experience and performance Manage day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting for category e-commerce merchandising initiatives Lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners (including Product, Material Planning, Engineering, and Finance) on vehicle accessory and merchandise product launches. Partner with global teams to ensure successful launches that account for market-specific needs, with a strong emphasis on North American priorities Plan and execute process improvements that enable successful launches of new products and features Drive measurable improvements to site navigation, product detail pages, order flow, site refreshes, and overall website design as we expand and optimize across markets Ensure products are accurately set up globally (and optimized for North America) with correct pricing, copy, photography, product compatibility, and other PLM/PIM requirements What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience in e-commerce and/or product management/merchandising Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., Elastic Path, Shopify, BigCommerce, Squarespace, or similar) Basic SQL/Python skills recommended but not required Motivated self-starter with extreme attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills(verbal and written) Strategic thinker with proven ability to recognize opportunities, influence stakeholders, and maximize engagement Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing company: demonstrate flexibility, multi-task effectively, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, make timely decisions, stay curious, anticipate problems, provide creative solutions, and remain coachable Compensation and Benefits Benefits Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire: Medical plans > plan options with $0 payroll deduction Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans, both have options with a $0 paycheck contribution Company Paid (Health Savings Accounts) HSA Contribution when enrolled in the High-Deductible medical plan with HSA Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits Company paid Basic Life, AD&D Short-term and long-term disability insurance (90 day waiting period) Employee Assistance Program Sick and Vacation time (Flex time for salary positions, Accrued hours for Hourly positions), and Paid Holidays Back-up childcare and parenting support resources Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation Programs Tesla Babies program Commuter benefits Employee discounts and perks program Expected Compensation $91,960 - $206,340/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
