The warehouse primarily handles small-parcel, direct-to-consumer fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse operations experience along with a solid data and process improvement background . A key focus of this role is to identify operational inefficiencies, improve workflow, and increase overall warehouse productivity through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

Improve warehouse productivity, labor efficiency, and order fulfillment performance Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities Develop and optimize SOPs, workflow, staffing plans, and warehouse processes Improve inventory accuracy, order processing, and outbound efficiency Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations Work closely with management and other departments to support business growth Manage performance, training, scheduling, and accountability of warehouse employees

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse management or operations management experience Strong data analysis and process optimization skills Experience using data to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity E-commerce, DTC fulfillment, small-parcel, or 3PL experience preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Strong Excel skills; experience with BI, SQL, or other analytical tools is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously improving environment
