Full Job Description We're Hiring:

Studio Assistant (Part-Time, In Person | Laguna Beach) Our growing interior design firm is seeking a Part-Time Studio Assistant to support day-to-day operations, help keep the office organized, and projects moving behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Location:

Laguna Beach (In Person Only) Time commitment: 8-12 hours per week, with the opportunity and intent to grow into a larger role.

Responsibilities include:

Maintain and organize the material library and design samples Coordinate sample returns and local showroom/vendor pickups Keep the studio, kitchen, and common areas organized and stocked Assist project manager in preparing the studio and materials for client meetings Receive and organize mail and packages Procurement and expediting tasks Light errands and operational support This is a great opportunity for someone looking for hands-on experience with a growing residential firm.
