The eCommerce Growth Manager supports the growth, performance, and day-to-day operational execution of TSMC's first-party digital commerce business across the Save Mart, Lucky, and FoodMaxx banners. Encompassing Online Delivery, Pickup, and Catering channels across TSMC-hosted sites and apps, this role focuses on executing against established commercial strategy and contributing to measurable outcomes — tracking full-funnel ecommerce metrics, supporting identification of growth opportunities across geographies, fulfillment models, and customer segments, and participating in cross-functional go-to-market execution for ecommerce initiatives and customer-facing launches. The Specialist works collaboratively with Merchandising, Marketing, Loyalty, Retail Media, IT, and Store Operations to help ensure the digital experience drives customer acquisition, retention, and basket growth, while staying current on competitive dynamics across regional and national grocery ecommerce.
Responsibilites:
Support growth and performance of TSMC's first-party ecommerce business across Save Mart, Lucky, and FoodMaxx banners, including Online Delivery, Pickup, and Catering channels Execute the commercial strategy for the first-party site and app — with focus on customer acquisition, retention, basket growth, and conversion optimization Serve as a contributing team member for the TSMC-hosted ecommerce platform, coordinating day-to-day execution across Digital, IT, Marketing, Merchandising, and Store Operations Support development of the annual ecommerce operating plan by providing data-driven inputs on channel performance, growth opportunities, and investment priorities Partner with Merchandising and Category Management to help ensure the digital assortment, pricing, and promotional cadence drives incremental sales and reflects banner positioning Monitor and report on full-funnel ecommerce metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, order frequency, customer LTV) and contribute to continuous improvement efforts against targets Help identify growth opportunities across new geographies, fulfillment models, and customer segments; assist in building supporting analysis for leadership review Support partnership with the Loyalty team to ensure Member Price, personalized offers, and digital deals are integrated into the ecommerce experience Collaborate with Retail Media to assist with ecommerce-native monetization opportunities, including onsite sponsored placements and closed-loop measurement Work with Digital Marketing to support execution of customer acquisition and re-engagement campaigns tied to ecommerce growth goals Participate in cross-functional go-to-market planning for ecommerce initiatives and launches, supporting readiness across tech, operations, and marketing Monitor the competitive landscape across regional and national grocery ecommerce and contribute relevant findings for team and leadership awareness Support relationship coordination with key platform and fulfillment partners in alignment with senior leadership direction Some of our competitive offerings include generous benefits packages (Health, Dental, Vision, Life and

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Demonstrated ability to support ecommerce growth initiatives, including assisting with operations, analyzing performance data, and contributing to revenue and conversion goals Solid analytical and data-driven mindset; ability to interpret full-funnel and operational metrics and surface actionable insights and recommendations Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and third-party marketplace integrations; exposure to Instacart, DoorDash, or similar grocery tech platforms a plus Basic understanding of grocery fulfillment models (BOPIS, last-mile delivery, dark store) preferred Experience contributing to business cases, performance reports, and growth analyses for team or stakeholder review Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable working across IT, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to organize and present information effectively Highly organized with solid project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
