E-commerce Specialist

• Entry Level (No Experience Required)

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be working as part of a small, dynamic ecommerce data team, where you will learn the A-Z fundamentals of ecommerce operations. This is a hands-on role where you will gain real experience across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Shein, Temu, Groupon, and others.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating and managing product listings, both individually and in bulk Performing batch data uploads and database management Learning advanced listing operations such as redirects, add-ons, and variation structures Assisting with inventory control and bulk price updates Supporting listing optimization and content accuracy across platforms Printing labels and assisting fulfillment teams when needed Over time, you will develop the skills to become highly proficient in ecommerce systems and marketplace operations, building valuable experience that can significantly strengthen your resume and professional portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with computers and online platforms
• Above-average typing speed
• Interest in ecommerce, online business, or digital marketing
• Basic knowledge of Excel is a plus
• Previous experience with writing, editing, or product descriptions is a plus
• Familiarity with marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify is a plus, but not required If you enjoy video games or activities that require focus and precision, be sure to mention it during your interview.
