This position is responsible for processing and shipping e-commerce orders, preparing products for shipment and Amazon FBA, inspecting returns, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is organized, works well independently, learns quickly, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position requires someone who takes pride in accuracy and can efficiently handle multiple tasks throughout the day. Position Responsibilities Process e-commerce orders and shipments using Teapplix software. Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Print and apply shipping labels using a computer and barcode scanner. Verify products, quantities, addresses, and shipping information for accuracy. Prepare products for Amazon FBA , including labeling, repacking, bagging, and preparing products according to shipping requirements. Unpack incoming packages and relabel, repackage, or organize products as needed. Inspect customer returns to determine whether products are new, used, damaged, defective, or suitable for resale. Assist with preparing used and clearance products for resale, including inspection, cleaning, repacking, and labeling. Complete shipping documents and other required paperwork using a PC. Prepare packages for USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers. Occasionally drop off packages at the Post Office or other shipping locations when needed. Coordinate with the purchasing/inventory department when inventory levels are low or products need to be replenished. Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory counts, and general warehouse organization. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all company safety procedures. Assist with local customer pickups and walk-in customers as needed. Perform other warehouse, shipping, and e-commerce duties as required. Minimum Requirements Reliable and able to work Monday-Friday. 1-3 years of continuous warehouse shipping/fulfillment experience. Previous e-commerce shipping experience preferred. Working knowledge of shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx . Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform basic math and accurately count inventory and products. Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid California driver's license. Forklift experience is a plus.
