  • Full-time A leading Manufacturer of Outdoor Living Products located in Pomona CA is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused E-Commerce Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist to support our growing online business.
This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience across all e-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and product questions Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and brand representation Order Processing Accurately process and manage daily e-commerce orders Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment Monitor order status and shipping updates E-Commerce Support Assist in managing online storefronts (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, etc.) Identify and report system or fulfillment issues Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or order processing Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
