We are seeking a dependable bilingual team member to support customer service, inventory management, and eCommerce operations. Responsibilities Answer customer phone calls and emails. Assist customers with product questions and order status. Prepare customer orders and parts for local pickup. Create and update product listings on eBay and the company website. Update inventory quantities and pricing. Monitor inventory and add out-of-stock items to purchasing sheets. Support daily office and eCommerce operations. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
