The Studio Assistant will be responsible for packing and shipping orders, maintaining warehouse organization, receiving inventory, and supporting wholesale fulfillment. We're looking for someone who wants to invest in a small, creative business and grow into a bigger role. Responsibilities Pack and ship customer and wholesale orders with accuracy and care (a daily part of the job) Receive & track inventory Keep the warehouse clean, efficient, and organized Assemble, label, and prep products when needed Assist with market/event preparation and occasional on-site help Qualifications Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks and able to lift up to 40 lbs Previous shipping or fulfillment experience preferred Experience with Shopify, Etsy, and/or Faire preferred Highly organized and detail-oriented An efficient, proactive, self-starter Confident and comfortable asking questions Interest in design, stationery, or small business growth Growth We're looking for someone who wants to build a role here. As the business grows, hours and responsibilities may grow too. Raises are given annually for strong performance, reliability, and investment in the company. Schedule & Work Environment Ideally Mondays, Wednesdays and either Thursday or Friday. Schedule can be negotiated.
