We work closely with major retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms to bring trending Korean products to American consumers. We are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce & Social Media Marketing Specialist who is passionate about Korean culture, Korean food trends, and digital marketing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and the business side of e-commerce. ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Management Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms. Monitor inventory, pricing, promotions, and product content. Analyze sales performance and provide recommendations to increase online sales. Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns. Improve product visibility through SEO and marketplace best practices. Social Media Marketing Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media channels. Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns. Stay current with Korean food, beverage, K-pop, K-culture, and consumer trends. Collaborate with influencers and content creators. Monitor social media performance and provide analytics reports. Marketing & Brand Development Assist with digital advertising campaigns. Support trade shows, product launches, and promotional events. Help develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content. Build relationships with customers and business partners through digital channels. QualificationsRequired Bilingual in Korean and English (written and verbal). Strong interest in Korean culture, food, beverages, K-pop, and current Korean trends. Experience with social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. Preferred Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Experience with social media advertising and content creation. Photography and video editing skills. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about Korean culture and trends.
