About the Business I run a content production business that creates product videos for TikTok Shop — working with brands to produce content that drives sales. I operate out of a warehouse/studio space in Newbury Park, where I film, manage inventory, and handle the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running. The business is growing quickly, and I'm building out the systems and space to support that growth. About the Role This role is built for someone who loves creating systems — someone who looks at a messy space or a chaotic process and instinctively wants to organize it, label it, and make it repeatable. You'll be helping run the physical and operational side of the studio: setting things up, keeping them running smoothly, and building the systems that let the business scale. It's an in-person, part-time role with real potential to grow into full-time as the business — and the systems you help build — take shape. Responsibilities Setting up and maintaining organizational systems (storage, labeling, inventory, workflows) as the space grows Organizing products and inventory Assembling furniture and incoming equipment (e.g., espresso machines, shelving, studio gear) Unboxing packages and prepping items for videos Helping set up products for filming Keeping shared spaces clean and organized Moving boxes and products (up to ~50 lbs) General behind-the-scenes content support and occasional office work Additional tasks as needed Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM 20 hours/week to start, with room to grow into full-time for the right person Pay $18.75/hour Requirements Reliable transportation to Newbury Park, CA Comfortable lifting/moving ~50 lbs Comfortable climbing stairs or a ladder to access and manage products on tall pallet racks Highly organized with a track record of building systems (even informal ones — think reorganizing a closet, setting up a system at a past job, running a tight ship somewhere) Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal oversight Reliable and punctual Interest in content creation, TikTok Shop, or social media is a plus, but organizational instinct matters most​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
