Live Stream Assistant Top Bid Collectors Tustin, CA Job Details Full-time $27 - $60 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Warehouse storage management Packing Warehouse management experience Retail shipping operations Supply chain inventory management E-commerce Warehouse management Attention to detail Staff training Organizational skills Warehouse experience Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Live Stream Assistant to help our Whatnot streamers successfully run live auction shows. Our auctions mainly focus on selling high-end sports card boxes/packs and opening live in front of the audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management with an emphasis on organizational skills. As a Live Stream Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the orders are packaged securely, organized correctly and the stream maintains a consistent flow. Duties Packaging orders after they are sold live. Organizing the orders by the auction number in which they are sold. Manage the stream room and ensure everything is stocked and organized. Implement best practices in live stream auctions to enhance customer satisfaction. Train and mentor staff on operational procedures and safety protocols. Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. Flexibility in hours, potentially 9 am to 5 pm or 4 pm to 12 am on certain days Requirements Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse operations. Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics and supply chain management. Familiarity with eBay and Whatnot shipping processes. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Compensation & Schedule $27/hour + commission (earning potential $100,000+ per year). Job will start at $27/hour for approximately 8 weeks of training, then a commission will be added to salary based on net profit earned for the company. This position is required to earn at least $100,000 annually to continue in this role. Monday-Friday, 1pm-9pm Must be willing to work evenings and weekends for live shows Must be willing to stay on extra hours when shows are busy (they usually are!)
