Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review provider and office contracting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure all required forms, credentials, and supporting documents are collected prior to processing.
- Research and resolve incomplete submissions, discrepancies, and follow-up requests.
- Track provider additions, changes, updates, and terminations within internal systems.
- Maintain accurate records and data throughout the provider lifecycle process.
- Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.

- Strong computer proficiency and experience working within Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Comfortable performing repetitive administrative and data review functions.
- Experience within healthcare, dental, insurance, provider operations, credentialing, contracting, or related administrative environments.
- Typing proficiency of 50-60+ WPM.
- Experience reviewing documentation for compliance, accuracy, and completeness.
