Position Overview:
The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for product management and organization for Cedar & Hyde's online store. They work closely with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure clear communication for all product listings and ensure customers can easily find what they are looking for. They support all online customer needs and communicate when necessary. They are a catalyst for online sales and growth. Responsibilities Prepare, write, and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals. Maintain the standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance. Work closely with different teams (In Store & Inventory) to provide updated product information that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms. Execute all aspects of online customer service and communicate needs with the team. Support online order fulfillment and inventory organization. Ensure new products are added to the outstanding list for the photography studio. Be a subject matter expert for assigned product categories. Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory entry and pricing policies. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications preferred. Experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce and/or retail business, preferred. Experience managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals, Shopify preferred. Familiarity with web design and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Analytical and multitasking skills.
