We're a small, fast-growing team, and we're looking for someone dependable who wants to grow right along with us. What You'll Do Pack and ship orders daily, accurately and on time Manage stock and inventory levels Assist with ordering and restocking supplies and product Keep an eye on daily operations and stay on top of what needs to get done Grow into a customer relations role (email and phone) over the first few months as you get to know the business and our products Help with weekly social media post and marketing materials What We're Looking For Self-motivated and able to work independently and efficiently A strong multitasker who can juggle different projects day to day Organized, reliable, and good at managing your own time Comfortable with computers, email, and basic e-commerce tools Willing to learn about CBD and animal supplements — you don't need to know everything on day one Someone who wants to join a fast-growing company and build a long-term role What We Offer Full-time schedule: 32 hours to start, with room to grow up to 40 Stipend toward health insurance after 3 months Quarterly bonuses tied to company performance A varied, hands-on role with real opportunity to grow as the company grows Why You'll Like It Here You won't be thrown in the deep end.
